    Bad Night Sweats

    Hi ladies,

Just wondering if anyone else has been experiencing bad nightsweats?? I have had them the whole way through this pregnancy (and before as was on clomid). I thought it as supposed to ease up after tri 1??

Anyway, wasn't bothering me too much but last night it was so bad I had to sleep on the top sheet as my bottom sheet was soking wet. I was absolutely dripping.

Is there anything I can do about this - it's a little disturbing.

    Cheers

I had them worst in my 2nd and 3rd tri...really saturating night sweats.

    It's horrible, isn't it?

They are not uncommon...the only thing I know to do is to find that happy medium between your clothes and bedding so your not hot or cold, but just in between.

Sorry I can't help...I used to have to wake up two or three times a night and change all my clothes and sleep on towels!

I'm still having them - just started my third trimester. Sometimes when I wake up it my top looks like I've been for a run! I hate it but what can you do...

I've been getting night sweats lately too (along with hot flushes...especially after showering - oh joy!). Fun times. :/

I've been getting this too! Absolutely annoying as heck! I dont have it happen every night, but when it does it sends my skin BONKERS. I have eczema, so the sweat and heat from the blankets has me scratching my skin something shocking.
I am really hoping it doesnt last much longer lol, especially with the warmer nights coming x_x
