23 weeks is about the time suggested for a maternity bra fitting. I am pretty sure my Ob suggested it (female Ob and I was saying my boobs were sore) I remember very vividly waking up one morning and getting quite a shock because I had HUGE boobs! It was quite odd because I'm standard B cup and I went to DD.
