I am 14 weeks pregnant today and was wondering if anyone has written up a birth plan yet? Should I speak to my obgyn first or make it up myself then go through it with her?

Have a look on the Bellybelly site - there are some templates i think and you can add or take away things... I will pm you the one i wrote later on if you like for an example.. (its on the other hard drive).
I would write down some ideas and then talk to your ob about your options. Knowledge is have the challenge, once you know your rights and what you can do, it is easier to make informed decisions on your birthing options
I done my birth plan up around 30 weeks.....through the pregnancy i jotted down things i wanted to include and then used the template PP was talking about to make my own up. Gave the hospital a copy at my 39 week appointment...was going to do it at 38 weeks but i missed that one!
