The weeing bit is absolutely normal. Pregnancy puts a lot of strain on your pelvic floor, and as you've been pregnant before it's more likely. Don't be too worried, maybe just take to wearing a liner all the time.

As for the vomiting, no idea on that one, maybe it's just the unsettling of your stomach? Hmmmm

I don't think youre weird at all!
When your pg your pelvic floor has alot more weight on it so that can cause your wee problem - you need to get onto doing some pelvic floor exercises asap because unfortunately it can just get worse!
I'm not sure about the vomiting thing - hopefully someone with some wisdom will come help!!
All the best with the rest of your pg

I think we've all had a bit of wee at some stage!
It's the weight of bubs on your bladder & your pelvic floor muscles.
You can & should do kegels exercises to strengthen these muscles. You tighten the muscles as if you are holding on - needing to wee - for about 10 seconds I think. Have a 10 second break & do it say 5 or 10 times at a time.
If you are in a city they say to do it every time you see a red light to remember. Or maybe you could do it every time you open your fridge.
The best way to practise is to go to the loo & stop your wee half way through. Thats your pelvic floor muscles stopping it. Thats what the exercises are.

Maybe the vomiting is just coz your belly's a bit shaken up?

Hey ladies just thought I'd add my bit. I've heard cutting you wee off mid-stream whilst pregnant is not a good thing.

Best not to use that to practice PF exercises unless yr OB says it's okay.

I do a swimming class with a physio and we do loads of work on PF - good stuff!

The weeing thing is absolutely normal, i hope it makes you feel better knowing your not the only one who this happens to.
As for you throwing up afterwards, i would put it down to the increased hormones from being preg and then doing the deed.
Could be your getting motion sickness as well. lol

No, I agree stopping your self going all the time wouldn't be adviseable. But I was told to do it once, so I knew which muscles I was supposed to be using.
