I'm pretty sure it's ok, but thought i'd just check.... it IS ok to swim in the sea when pg isn't it!??!

We are going away on holidays in august to europe and it's going to be HOT and swimming is essential! usually we go twice a day, morning and late afternoon! That's ok isn't it??

feeling silly asking this one, but my mother tells me that you shouldn't, one of those old wives tales i assume!!?
