    I would say no. It can still cause uterine stimulant effects when taken orally.

    ETA: I didnt realise you said it was for food. It is ok in small amounts in food, just not in medicinal amounts.

    Oh yes I agree with Antheia, you wouldn't want to be drinking it in tea or using it medicinally. But in cooking, fine. You could always go easy on the quantity you add if it helps you feel better about it!

    I loved Rosemary through all my pregnancies... and I never go easy with herbs.
    Marydean is very correct in saying that the oils are concentrate, so you would need to eat sooooo much rosemary for it to have the same effect.
