Ricotta is generally fine, as is made from pasturised milk (unless you have a lovely italian neighbour who makes homemade ricotta with milk fresh from the cow!)
Especially cooked in pasta it is double fine as it is heated!
i had a delicious pumpkin and ricotta lasagne for lunch! Yum!

Sour Cream & Cream are perfectly fine to eat, so is milk.
