Drink lots and lots of water. Add a spoonful of apple cider vinegar and/or lemon juice. Get on to some good probiotics.

This doesnt sound fun, but look at DIY enemas. Once fecal matter has been stuck in the system for over 36 hours, the toxins start leaking back into the body. The best way to get it out is via enema. Adding probiotic to the water can help there too.

You can put coconut oil on the 'roids. Just buy at a health food shop.

Make up some stock using organic bones (chicken or beef or whatever you prefer). Cook in filtered water with some apple cider vinegar and a few herbs/ peppercorns. Either cook on stove for 3-4 hours or in slow cooker for 12-24 hours. Break the bones down to get the marrow out. Either drink as is, or turn into soup. This is one of the best ways to heal the gut and promote good bacteria. Drink lots every day.

Eat other gut friendly foods like natural yoghurt, kefir, organic sauerkraut.

Stay away from refined grains and sugars.
