    You should also get your iron checked. I've had very low iron this pregnancy and it has made me breathless.

    I was going to say what Bug's Mum said - I had huge difficulties breathing from doing minor activities - it would make me really puffed.

    Iron deficiency also left me feeling light headed at times and incredibly tired. I could sleep anywhere and everywhere. I didn't realise what my symptoms were so it got quite bad after a few weeks and I could fall asleep without meaning to. I was meant to be supervising DD1 and I would just fall asleep and not much would wake me. I felt so incredible and energised once I was on iron tablets.

    Lol, another who saw the title and thought about low iron. It's got some great symptoms - breathlessness, fatigue, irritability (best excuse for crankiness ever!), dizziness, pale skin, trouble concentrating, brittle nails, wanting to crunch on ice, feeling weak. Good fun!

    Definitely worth getting your levels checked, so if it's an issue you can resolve it sooner rather than later.
