I had some similar pains at about the same time for a few weeks but now that's all a distant memory. I'm at almost 22 weeks now and I don't have any pain but I do feel like my gait has taken on more of a waddle than I think is elegant!!! My chiro and midwife both advised (as well as many vetran mum friends) that I should take as many opportunities as possible to lay down through the day and take the weight off my body...it seems to have done the trick. I'm even napping whenever possible.

    Good luck with it.

I had the same thing so I empathise. I had to use the support girdle. I was doing yoga but had to stop as it seemed to make the condition worse for a while. It was one of the reasons I was very glad to finish work as sitting down was quite difficult.

A physio is definitely helpful as is the heatpack!
