babe, just thought I'd share what I think (and correct me if I'm wrong anyone)..

Your body knows what your baby needs...and your body will nourish him/her using the stores that are already in your body...one of the big reasons they say to eat certain stuff...like prenatal vitamin's, and for example milk for it's calcium...is not to make your baby's bones (your body is already seeing to that)...it's so your own body can bounce back after he/she is born...

..ie. calcium rich foods so your own teeth stay strong..
