First foetal movements

This is our first pregnancy and I am 15 weeks pregnant.

I have felt a feeling like little bubbles popping against my abdomen. It doesn't happen very often but I have felt it since yesterday and it may happen once or twice a day.

So i was just curious as to when everyone else felt their babies first movements especially in their first pregnancy?

I first felt Jake kick, when i was exactly 16 weeke pregnant..

I felt Kynan moving just before 16 weeks.

Bet it won't be too long before you're getting stronger movements!

Definitley sounds like bubs moving to me. Yay.

With this baby I have been feeling it move for a few days now, esp at night when I am resting.

I felt Nyah move at 18wks exactly -to a Michael Jackson song (I was in a pub)!

With Will, he was moving at 14 weeks!

Sounds as though you're getting those first flutterings-- so exciting isn't it, just beautiful.

I first felt movement at 13w would you believe! It was a bubbly sensation, and I would be aware of it when I was lying down in the evening.

i didnt feel mine until almost 21 weeks!! :-s and was getting quite impatient!!

I felt Matthew at 11 weeks, 4 days even though he was my first

I'm 16 weeks today, but not expecting to feel much for a while, as at 12 week scan they said my placenta is at the front so not to expect any movement until say after 20 weeks.
Damn it!

Anyone else experienced this?

Hi there!

With DD#1 i didn't feel movement until atleast 22 weeks due to an anterior placenta.

Tis pregnancy however,i swear i felt a few flutters last night as well as this morning! Placenta is posterior this time

I first felt movement at 13 weeks and at first just thought it was a fart coming!! (Sorry...) Then I realised what it really was.

How exciting. i think with my DS it was about 17 weeks (i think) and with this one i am noticing similar feelings to you over the last week but can't be sure as it only happens every 2nd or 3rd day. I hope it is but i am waiting for a big neon sign to tell me......whoooops there it goes again! And i didn't imagine that one!! I guess i am feeling bubba \/
