Fluid in stomach at 20 week scan

Hi All,
I'm hoping someone can put my mind at ease... we had our 20 week ultrasound today and were told everything was perfect except they couldn't see any fluid in the stomach. They told us it was common and could have been because the baby had already passed the fluid but now I'm really worried that something is wrong and its not swallowing properly. They asked we go back in a week and check if there is fluid in the stomach. Has anyone else had a similar experience or give any advice?

I'm sorry I don't know anything about that, but I'm sure what they said about the baby having already passed the fluid would be true. If they were really concerned I think you would know about it.

DS did a big wee during his 20 week US

can you feel bubs getting the hiccups yet? That's how I know #2 is practicing swallowing, but it may be too early to feel at 20 weeks. Feels like consistent jumping around.

I hope the next scan goes well.
