Hey
Yes always up the water heaps before hand and on the flight, always wriggle legs, feet etc anyway and my guess is I will be up and down more often for the toilet anyway
Have to get a letter from docs from airline so will be checked day before flying and will take my notes with me.
also, maybe you should ask your dr if you should take some panadol or something for the flight, will make your blood a bit thinner and decrease the risk of dvts.
Yep you will be fine, just keep moving and getting up and drinking lots of water. The girls have given great advice.
I'm flying next week, to Singapore 8hr flight but I'm only 17wks. Although I'll still keep active etc on the flight which I'm quite sure my 22mth old toddler will ensure!!!! haha
Thanks Shanti, enjoy your trip!!!! Are you wearing the stockings?
Like you I will be kept busy by the other 3!!, although my 14yr old doesn't really count but my 9 mth old that will be crawling by then ............FUN FUN FUN
Thanks Shar! Likewise! You have a nice trip too.....
My DH is a nurse so I'm going to ask him to get me some of those stockings when he does his shift tomorrow night!! Thanks for reminding me
