Elocin if it is definitely a gas pain feeling you could try positioning yourself on the ground on all fours and sort of arch your back very gently and lean forward then back...sort of wriggle your body around very gently so you do not pull anything. This sometimes helps move things around internally.

I have wind pain a lot more this time around - it is really more painful than you think it should be!
I find twisting the most helpful, a good torso twist or even just the twist you do when you get in and out of a chair or the car. Twist away and see if that helps relieve it a bit!

    Hi Nic,

I've been struggling a bit in that area myself. I've found that munching on some dried prunes helped! They're quite tasty! I have 3 every night now and I've been regular each morning.

    Hope you're feeling better!

    Thanks girls.

For the last few days I've been taking a De-Gas tablet before work and it really seems to be helping. The gas is still there, but the pain is very minimal.

I'm also having some dried apricots in the afternoon which seems to be helping things along.

Who knew pregnancy could be so glamorous?
