    Good Body Pillows..

    Hi all,

I'm just heading into my 2nd tri, and I my fiance wants to buy me a body pillow for Christmas. I'm just wondering if anyone could share some good brands/types and where to get them from (regardless of price) and help me (or actually him) steer away from any crappy ones

Clarebear - I recently bought one from Big W which is soooooooo comfortable. It was $29.99 on special but the normal price is only $39.95 (it also comes with two pillow cases). I highly recommend it, I have been sleeping really well since I start using it, hubby even snuggles up to it, I have to be careful that he doesn't steal it in the middle of the night LOL

i think if you're looking at a simple tube pillow like naomi has, the cheapest place i found one was harris scarfe - $20. it's comfy and very snuggly. if you're looking for a shaped one to use to both snuggle and replace your normal pillow, i've seen them in the toys r us catalogue i think - it's online if you want to go have a look

I bought mine off Ebay for $25 including postage, which included the pillow, a protector case, and a pillow slip of my own choice of colour. I love it

Don't get the spotlight one, mine got all limp in the middle and I finally got fed up and migrated the stuffing to one side and sewed it shut again and it is nearly the same size as a normal pillow.

Thanks everyone, I don't have a Harris Scarfe or Toys R Us nearby, but I've got a local BigW, so I might send my fiance in there! Thanks for your feedback, I think you've just made my fiance's life a little easier!

I think the original one they started with just called 'The Body Pillow' is the best

They have stacks of different ones now, but the original one is fantastic... DH & I still fight over it now & Luke is 10yrs old

We bought ours from Myer, but I think you can get them from most manchester shops.. there are cheaper versions, but ours was about $39.95...

I've found the pillow cases for them are more expensive than the actual pillow

Mine is still in fantastic condition 10 yrs on.. and it still gets good usage
