It happened to me when I was pregnant too.

WE ahd a light switch that as hanging out of the wall withouthe case around it. DP was getting around to fixing it. I was usually so careful when turning it on and off not to tought he back of it but just kind of hold the plastic bits on the side when switching it off and on.

Well one day I wasnt so careful and must have touched the wires at the back whilst turning it on and I got thrown against the door frame it gave me that big a shock!

I remember my heart was racing for ages and I was all tingly in my arm and leg!

I think I was in my 2nd trimester when it happened as well. I ended up being alright and so was DD. Its jsut such a shock literally when it happened.

If you are really unsure about it then you could go to hossy for them to check on bubs heart rate but I just wanted to let you know my experience and hope that puts your mind at ease
