Oh Im just getting over the flu, it was awful. I took lemsip max, lemon and honey drinks, vicks vapour rub, vicks vapouriser, garlic tablets (REALLY helped) and at one stage, lying in bed unable to move with sinus headache and aches and pains, I took a mersyndol...this really helped, I know you should only take it sparingly but I was desperate!

I hope it subsides soon, I found with the garlic tablets, mine only lasted a few days, now I just have a blocked nose.
