I agree with Slyder, they are just saying that the nuchal fold measurement is higher than "normal" which you already knew and they say that this can indicate abnormalities but you have already had this checked through the CVS and everything is fine. I honestly don't think there's anything to worry about with that Hopefully they will clear it up for u at ur appt.
