I was getting a lot of headaches all through my first Tri and then again at about 19 weeks. I found eating some fruit or lollies helped me! I always have a pack of fruit tingles in my bag now, I think mine is a blood sugar thing as if I don't eat somthing as soon as the headach comes I end up really pail with a super red nose and then i feel like fainting, its always a great look
Try lollies, anything is worth a try
