Heartburn

i have had the worst intergestion and heartburn throughout my pregnancy.
yums havent worked, and there is limited medications forpreg women to take. however i find mylanta or gavascon works wonders.
and try sitting upright not slouching or bending the stmach/chest

TUMS all the way. Or Mylanta. I would rather tums tho... cheaper and taste better.
