    Unhappy Help pain

Been up all nght with agonising cramps like my period pain before my endo surgery with stabbing pains up my girlie bits. I have been curled up on my side all night seems to hurt when I move etc is bubs just bashin up my cervix or something? Panadol does nothing. Theres no blood is it too early for braxton hcks etc?? Stretching out my legs, coughing, sneezing etc is awful. I can still feel my boy kicking me and everything was fine at the 18week scan on wednesday. I was just walkng along yesterday and it hit me I didnt lift anything etc what can I do for the pain?? What's causing it??

Celtic Moon, sorry I don't know what might be causing this, but if the pain is a strong as you describe it, I really think you should see your Dr about it while it's still occuring.

    Hope you're feeling better soon.

Rung the hospital and talked to a dr said it sounded like possible Braxton Hicks and bad ligament pain and that the uterus is probably just moving around to try and make more room. They said if it comes back as bad as last night though then to come in and get it checked or if there is blood or a lot of watery discharge, but as it's going away and bubs is still moving around it should get better fingers crossed!

I would also agree with your dr - was going to suggest the same thing. I had 1 or 2 bad sessions with similar pain.
If it doesnt settle down, then go in and see your dr.
    Hope it gets better soon!

I rung the dr but they were booked out and the thought of walking out to the car and sitting in a waiting room at the hospital was very daunting so I rung them instead to see what they said. It's okish now as long as i am really careful with how I move I feel like a old grandma hobbling around!

I was enjoying a warm bath that was helping until the cat decided to join me and jump in!! Bloody paw (from surgery) and all, was quite disgusting but he got the bath all to himself so he was happy grrr

I'm ok if I don't stay standing too long, be very careful with my movements and avoid coughing and sneezing. But I'm not in tears and I can go to the bathroom without feeling the need to crawl there so a lot better! I love Laila Rose's picture so cute!

Yes it was just so sudden and so nasty it really knocked me down and that was it. I had been running around all day trying to organise our lives but I didn't think walking around talking to banks, real estate etc would cause so much pain in such a short time frame. If I hadn't have had such a good u/s before hand I would of been in an absolute panic I thought it was premmie labor

Been taking it very easy keeping warm and not moving around much been in bed on the lappy most of the day no marathons for me lol

Yes thank you we found out we are having a big healthy boy . I thought it was a boy, Dad2be thought it was a girl, woot for mummies intuition!! hehe
