There are a few prams like the one you have described that are currently on the market.
There is a Peg Perego pram with a baby capsule and there is also a steelcraft version. You can check this one out on Britax - Home Page

Steelcraft also have the popular strider prams in a new Deluxe travel system. I personally have been waiting for this for months. I am told it will come in 3 or 4 wheeler and will have the baby capsule that attaches to the pram frame. Apparently it will be in major baby stores this month so it may be worth checking it out. I also found the babies galore catalogue a great source of info when looking at products.
