only a few days left

omg i just realised i only got a few days left of my 2nd trimester.
Everything is going so fast i hope it stays that way i cant wait to see my little bubba.
I am guess it will keep going fast till i go on maternity leave then it will slow right down lol.
How is everyone feeling?

I'm 23.5 weeks and so excited. This is our first and we are having a little girl .

Its not going fast enough for me!!!

I put it down to these factors:

I can't wait to finish work - I hate my job
I keep imagining 'family' things - I didn't have a family as a kid, I was passed around till finally put in a foster home.... so I think about

DP and I just watching our DD sleep on her first night at home for hours on end, in total awe.
Watching DP being a 'daddy' cradling her while she crys, changing nappies, coming home from work and giving both of us a big kiss as he walks through the door.
The first night she sleeps in between us.
Then as she gets little older:
Dancing around the lounge room
Taking her to her first footy match - this 6 month old baby dressed in all bomber gear LMAO - the pics will be so cute

There are just so many things that I can't wait for...... and only one thing that I can - the sleepless nights. I love my sleep so it is going to take some adjusting.

Awwwww I hope the next few months go fast!!!

I've less than a week left too and am looking forward to the home run. Am already feeling much much more tired though and wonder how long I'll be able to keep up full time work as the 2pm yawns nearly have my head on my desk. Guess we'll be moving into the 3rd Trimester pages and learning a whole new array of excitements, ailements and joys...
