I get severe migraines and was to scared to take anything stronger then Panadol whilst pregnant with all my kids. Doesn't seem to have had any affect on them now.
It it is a category A drug in terms of pregnancy too

Panadol is fine but I wouldnt' take it for days on end.... only when you really need to. I took it with my last two pregnancies and all was fine. But only when I had to.

Panadol or Panadeine is safe during pregnancy is only taken reccomended dosage and not long term for prolonged time frame.
