Hi, Sorry to hear you are sick. If you are told by you ob that its ok for a cold to take panadols, it should be fine to keep your temp down too. I took panadols during my first pregnancy. It was for headache though.

Did your ob test you for a urinary tract infection?????
I had one recently that I didn't know I had, and ended up in emergency. Apparently during pregnancy you don't get the usual symptoms like needing to pee all the time, burning when you do etc. Symptoms can include flu like aches and pains, temperature (mine was up to 41 degrees by the time I got to hospital), vomitting, they are really really nasty so please if you get worse see your doctor and get them to test your urine.
