yes, no need to worry! It really depends on what you started out at before you got pregnant. Underweight women put on more weight and overweight women often put on less, or none or even lose some!

I am 174cms tall (5"8/5"9) and weighed 59kgs when I got pregnant... I have put on 10.5kgs so far - so about to hit 70kgs. This is about right for me, as I was very lean to start with....last pregnancy started out at 58kgs and put on about 14.5kgs or so.

just eat right, exercise, drink loads of water and your body will do the rest!!

yeah, could just be a late bloomer! I was! It took me weeks, tho it was before 18wks (not much tho). I came out of the bathroom and said "I've put on xkg!" and dh's Nan, who didn't know I hadn't put on any yet, told me " Of course! You're pregnant!" as if I didn't know that I was going to put on weight! I was annoyed at the time - pg hormones - but found if funny a few days later!

Ive lost 4.5kg since getting a BFP... without the help of bad m/s too. As long as you are eating well then i wouldnt worry.

No need to worry. As long as bubs is growing well, it doesn't matter how much/little weight we put on. I lost weight all through the first trimester, and have put on 6kg at 29 weeks. There's no hard and fast rules with weight gain - every woman is different.

I had gained nothing at 14 weeks and was worried and now at 24 weeks (and since getting my appetite back) I've gained 12 kgs I was concerned I'd gained too much in so little time! My pre pregnancy weight was 48kg and now I'm 60kg. I think it's a huge shock either way: gaining nothing/losing weight or gaining heaps. I agree, our bodies know what they're doing and as long as we're keeping active, eating healthy and drinking plenty of water it should all be good
