Mom2be - I was still feeding my son when I fell pregnant with my daughter. I honestly don't think my milk had the chance to dry up, but I never leaked.
Have you tried expressing a little? I've had 4 pregnancies & only ever knew there was anything there if I squeezed. I never leaked until my milk came in after my babies were born.
All of my children were breast fed

Please someone correct me if i'm wrong but unless you are already feeding another child/baby you will only leak colostrum anyway not milk. From posts i've read in the breastfeeding section from Barb it says because the hormone your placenta produces mmm maybe the progesterone that counter acts the production of prolactin that produces the milk stops you body from starting the milk making process. It's only once the placenta is expelled that your body starts making the milk normally around day 3 - 5 post birth.

Mom2be maybe get some ABA breastfeeding classes before bub arrives or get the breastfeeding naturally book available off there website, it's provides alot of useful and helpful information.
