congrats hun on the presious we man!! i am getting so nervous we have our big scan in 8 days my mum instint says boy as wel but we will soon see hopefully if baby opens up legs (if baby ios a girl this is the ONLY time mum will tell her to open her legs )

Thank you so much and to everyone else. And I am sure your scan will go well. I know how you feel. I am still anxious until I see my Dr on Thursday so he can go through the results with me because the Sonographer wasn't exactly warm and comforting.

I am actually finding myself really attracted to the animal themes. Not just blue stuff, anything with animals is really getting me. I decided to buy a pair of new born socks on the weekend. i know it sound strange to some but this baby is a miracle from God as is every baby. But for me I am truly aware of how blessed I am since DH didn't want a child for so many years. Then one day all my prayers came true when he said he was ready and then God blessed us the first month we started trying. So since we started TTC I put a pair of baby socks in my bible that sits on my bed side table and I pray on it almost every day. Except they were pink socks. So I wanted to get boy socks to replace them. I ended up picking up some cute green ones with a lion and a girafe on them. I love animals, so I guess thats why I am leaning towards that as a theme.
Oh when we get a scan done DH puts one sock in his pocket and I always carry the other one in my purse. I am not supersticious but I feel confidence when we carry these little socks with us.
Has anyone else got a strange little tradition that they do?
