Oh Bella. I didn't have MS with this pregnancy but you may remember I was sick ALL.THE.TIME for all of the first trimester with every virus going around including two bouts of gastro. It is awful and the lack of energy from the sickness coupled with normal pregnancy hormones and fatigue really got me down too so I empathise. But it will pass!
