you shouldn't wear a bra with underwire at all while breast feeding as the wire can put pressure on your breasts and cause lots of dramas (blockages etc)
i guess you could pull a normal bra up - but it's not going to be comfy at all! your breasts are bigger than your ribs where the band sits, and if you lift that and place the elastic on or above your breast, it's going to hurt! you're better off with a Mat bra if you intend to BF - if you're not looking to bf, then a wire free bra is suggested during pregnancy to stop any dramas as you start producing milk early in pg
