Update

My sister had a 3d US. Apparently it is now classified as a tumour and it has gotten bigger. On the good side the baby has gotten bigger too. Apparently the tumour has an artery leading to it and is supplying it with blood. An operation in utero in this case has NEVER been done before, so they would rather wait and they want the baby to go over term. Here's hoping??????
