I had a constant runny/blocked nose throughtout my pregnancy - right up till about 2 days after the birth. I went through 1-2 boxes of tissues per week! I didn't feel safe taking anything that would dry me out - go and see a good pharmacist - I know I had mine look up a few medications for me and they were only too happy to help.
