Definitely worth getting it checked out. Can you call the hospital and speak to the midwives?

I'd ring your care provider and ask them what they think about it all, but it could be likely that you have an irritable uterus

I have a septate uterus which i didn't know with DD but it explained everything from early BH, then painful BH and then pre labour as the bigger she got my uterus couldn't stretch properly so thats why my waters broke spontanteneously (sp?) at 38 weeks.

I rang my mum and talked to her, she told me to have a sleep and relax, not to pick up DD if i didn't have to and take it easy. She finishes work at 6 so if by then im still having them or anything else happens or even if i feel unsure she will take me in to get checked.
