I brought heart monitor which allows me to play music to the baby through little speakers and talk to and listen
so i started playing some classical and new age type relaxing music through the speakers , and everytime she stops moving i dont feel a thing, before i put the musci on she is moving and kicking but music on , its like she isnt there lol
I dont know what to think, if she likes it or not
has anyone else played music to there baby if so what reaction did they get
what kind of music do u play
I'll definitely be playing music to the baby when I am a bit further along. My DH is a musician and he wants the baby to be exposed to music as early as it can be.
I think that the movement you get when you play the music is a good thing - it sounds like she loves it!!
I'm a music teacher so Baby is hearing lots of different music all day! I don't notice a huge response, but if Baby moves at all it's usually to the 'better' music (more advanced players). Will be interesting to see what happens as Baby gets bigger!
I just hope when it comes out it will be able to cope with lots of noise, since both myself and DH are musicians!
i always have my music playing when im on the computer so charlie has no choice I LOVE MY MUSIC AND LOUD but she seems to love it as well always mooving and kicking i rekon she recignizes some of the songs cause ive listened to the same ones all the time
At what point are they able to hear music? Just curious as we have a very modern church service with a rock band and since I've been feeling kicks Cookie's been going off the richter whenever we're at church and the music is playing.
Yes, like Mel we have a little rocker - Gunners concert at 4.5 months in the mosh lol she LOVED it...still to this day Metallica will calm her *go figure*
She loves trance techno too...she adores music in general and I like to think it is because I played her all sorts of things and danced around the house when she was in utero
I never put anything against my belly though - maybe it is too loud and so she is stopping to listen to it?
