I mentioned similar pains to my doc.. he laughed it off and said it was perfectly normal.. he simply put it down to growning pains.. it is very uncomfortable though, and i sometimes find myself short of breath because of it.. i'm only 24 weeks myself, so hopefully the pains don't continue that far along for you..
