I leaked the same when I was pregnant with both my pregnancies I started at about 14 weeks and it just increased as I got further along......I also did not want to wear a bra all night so looked into breastfeeding tops and came across the freshmums tops they were fantastic...You can wear them through the preganacy as they just look like a normal top....They are not tight or that like a bra just like wearing a tank top....google them and chech them out...

One positive I found was that when my kids were born I had a never ending supply of milk I swear I think I could have feed all of the babies in Victoria
