    I didn't see your original post either, how stressful for you! I am really glad things are going so well atm for you. I have no personal experience with preeclampsia (tho my sister had it to varying degrees with all three pgs) I have however recently discovered there's a possibility of IUGR in my current pg and was directed by some very knowledgeable women with first hand experience and positive results, to look into 'dr brewer diet recommendations etc'. I'd never heard of him before but from the research I've done it seems to make a very big difference and even a few weeks can be beneficial. I can't say for myself until at least thurs week when I have a repeat ultrasound.
    If you're interested at all google 'dr brewer' and the first site that comes up is really informative.
