Height isn't always a factor but we are all different, i have a friend who is tiny and she hardly showed at all, then others are as tall as me 5'11" and show MORE than anyone i know.

Don't feel fat, although thats how i feel at the moment even though i am showing more than with Ava, a pregnant body is a beautiful thing and comes in all shapes and sizes, it's whats growing inside that matters.
Who cares what your hairdresser says, shoulda told her to bang her $200 for being mean... lol that woulda taught her to just say yeah you look pregnant, how's it going.
