    Talking pregnancy diet plan

Anyone know of a good web site that has pregnancy meal plans?
I am lacking in the imagination department and I am finding that I (not on purpose) tend to be skipping meals cause I am stuck with what to eat.
That then leads to other issues like crabbiness, tiredness and low blood sugar.
    TIA
    xx

Can you not eat what you normally eat? That's pretty much what I do....

Google the Brewer Pregnancy diet. It's important to get as many nutrients per mouthful whilst pregnant and this has ideas.

    pregnancy diet plan

Your vitamins will cover you for the good stuff as long as you're eating fairly well.. Just make sure you're not fad dieting or cutting out entire food groups! Try clean eating (google it) it's basically just eating unprocessed food in easy simple recipes. Bonus is you learn all the healthy sugars and fats and when you want to binge (it's gonna happen with me either way) you can make a big dessert recipe and freeze and reheat as you feel like it.

Gotta go, halfway thru a bowl of jersey caramels and I don't want to share with DD. =D

The 12 week body transformation has a pregnancy one ... I haven't tried it personally but might be worth checking out?

The Women's Health Bump magazine has a great 7day plan in it - looks really yummo and healthy.

Can't you just eat what you normally do? Is it that you dont feel like it, or that you are not meant to eat it - suchi, deli meats etc...?

I still cook the same meals each night, - it;s more when we're going out for dinner that I struggle... esp as I love sashimi etc!
