Probably a silly question - from a worrier

I'm 15 weeks pregnant tomorrow, and was just wondering what everyone can feel (from the outside)?

I'm not showing yet, but I can feel what I'm assuming is my uterus just above my pubic bone - it feels hard there where it used to feel soft. However, then I reach all my excess stomach fat and can't feel any further up. From what I've read my uterus should be a bit higher by now, but I can't feel it. Of course, this leads me to worry (a lot) that things aren't progressing the way they should be... and my next appointment isn't for another two weeks!

Does anyone know if I have any reason to worry?

If you are not showing yet (perfectly normal at your stage) then it's unlikely you will feel much either as it's still all nicely tucked in. Try not to worry about it, all will be as it should be.

Mine feels the same as yours, but i figure it's just small at the moment, I still fell really well and am eating like a horse! I'm not too worried though. However i can't wait to be FAT!!!

no question is a silly questiong!!!

    Your Growth and Development
You should start noticing a more bloated abdomen by pregnancy 15 weeks time. Most women have gained anywhere from five to ten pounds by now. Your uterus has now risen or is starting to rise past your hipbones by pregnancy week 15

Don't know if it will help, but when I was at that stage I would lay on my back and that seemed to make it a bit easier to feel things. I too have a bit of fat around that area :P.

At 16 weeks you should be able to feel the ridge when you lay down and roughly be halfway between your pubic bone and belly button ... so your feel sounds about right??!!
