    Thanks Ambah,it was a stir thru (Leggos) so the pasta was hot but not the sauce Guess I'll just have to hope for the best and not eat it again!

    ness27 ricotta is ok to eat if cooked!!!!
    so is brie, camabert and feta also when cooked!!!!!!
    so relax and enjoy
