Try not to worry too much. If there wasn't much fluid in front of the nose it would be hard to get a good look at bubs. This can happen if it's snuggled right into you at the time of the scan.
Scans are not an exact science and can be wrong. They get the sex wrong sometimes - someone I know was told in 8 scans she was having a boy but out popped a girl. They get the size wrong - tell you it's a big bub and out pops a little one (or vice versa).
All I can suggest is that you get the next scan on the best equipment you can get a referral for. Some places have far superior equipment than others. The place I've had all my scans at is one of those and although it costs more it is well worth the peace of mind when things don't look quite normal.
