I'm more worried about hairy legs in labour than my bikini line - I'm sure they've seen all sorts before. I guess it's just a case of what makes you feel more comfortable. I've told DP he may have to shave my legs for me soon as I can't reach properly anymore! Being an ex-track cyclist I reckon I can trust him with my legs as he's done it himself many times!

I didn't bother with any of it, just let myself go wild and free hehe, I generally prefer it that way anyway. I ended up with a c/s, so they shaved what they needed to shave, and I bled for 6 weeks and didn't find an issue with the bleeding and the hair.

If you're normally uncomfortable being hairy when you have AF, then I'd say you would want to tidy up down there with some clippers or something once a week. If you don't have a problem with it then I wouldn't worry. The midwife/Ob has better things to do than think about your hair down there! lol
