I have always been a fantastic sleeper but over the last week i have really been struggling. At the moment i am lucky if i am getting 4 hours sleep a night, i toss and turn all night and i constantly feel tired.
I know that it is normal to have problems sleeping during pregnancy (due to being uncomfortable) but i was just wondering if anyone out there might have a few tips to help me get a half decent nights sleep?
