There are plenty of soap free alternatives on the marketfor people with sensitive skin and allergies, maybe you should give one of them a go. The goats milk wash sounds soothing... Anyting milky is generally used to sooth.

    Gl with it all

I stoped using anything with soap in it years ago, because both DH & i find them to be really drying.

But if you are feeling particularly sensitive the goats milk that the others suggested is a good alternative.

    Yes totally normal.

I use a "feminine intimate wash" down there when I'm pregnant (eg Femfresh, can get it at the supermarket) and for the rest of me I use soap free body wash for sensitive skins (eg from the pharmacy).

Can take a bit of experimenting to get the one that is right for you but I find that pretty much all supermarket shower gels are too drying so I have been going for Hamilton, Aveeno type of products. However, I recently discovered Palmer's Cocoa Butter wash which feels good on my skin.

The creamy consistency rather than the gel consistency seems to work better for my pregnant skin.

I too have been using a "feminine intimate wash" (i think it is sebamed brand, from the pharmacy), much nicer and "softer" - recommended to help also if prone to UTIs or thrush.

I don't use soap down there either. I think it's what Mum said too

You can get a soap free wash from the chemist though if you'd like to try something like that while you are pg.
