Well I'm at 17 weeks and I've started having what I imagine is quite distinctive pain in my groin area, it sort of radiates down my inside leg. It is worse when I've been sitting for a long time, after driving for a long time (my car is manual and I have to lift one leg for the clutch) and also sometimes when I get up in the morning.
I'm thinking this might be the very beginning of Symphasis Pubis Dysfunction (sp?) and am keen to 'head it off at the pass'. If it's like this now, I can only imagine what I'll be like at 37 weeks!
I'm just wondering - is it too early for this to start, or should I get myself to the physio as fast as I can? Interested in your experiences...
