ow Ow Ow

for the last ten minutes I've been getting a stabbing pain on the left hand side of my belly.

My ticker says how far I am now, is this normal?
I can't remember and it's freaking me out, it's like a short stab, hurts enough to take my breath away and then I brace for it again, it's not BH.... Too early and my BH rumbled my whole belly like labour this is a pain, not cramps

Help?
