I have been getting the worst stretching pain lately. I've had them on and off since 13 weeks, but would only get them every few weeks. In the last couple of weeks I have been getting them every day, they are extreamly painful and can last up to 15 - 20 mins, I can't sit down, stand up, walk around, lay down, nothing seems to help.

So whats my qu you ask.... Is there something I should be doing to ease them??? Should I stretch them out like a stitch or am I best off just sitting and riding it out??

I remember getting them bad with DD, but don't remember them being quite this bad, or as frequently or for as long as these ones seem to go for.

Any advise would be much appreciated! TIA
