it is mainly on my right side from my lower belly up until just above my belly button line I guess. I do get it on both sides, but mainly the right for some reason?!
Can you see a physio just to check it out? I thought the pain i was getting was normal and just from stretching, but my abs are actually separating- and wearing a supportive band holds my tummy together and reduces the pain. It's worth checking out to see if there is somethingb else going on.
